6 - Jaw Slides 1 - Pair of Stiffleggs 23" eye to eye 2 - Pieces Aluminum Awning Track 22 - 3/16 Stainless 3/16 Steel Rivets 2 - D-ring Straps 2 - Bimini Straps 20 - 1/8" Rivets 20 - Cloth Studs You will need several cobalt 3/16" drill bits and a strong drill. Drilling through the stainless is not easy. You can tap and screw or use rivets. (We use rivets.) In installing your mounts St. Augustine Marine Canvas & Upholstery has changed the procedure a bit. Instead of drilling mounts directly into the arch, we have now provided you with clamp on Jaw Slides in an attempt to make the installation of our tops easier not only for ourselves but our dealer as well. No longer will any holes be needed to be drilled on the lower part of the arches. Now you simply clamp on the mounts making for a cleaner, easier, and better looking installation. This clamp on Jaw Slide will now provide some play in the event the desired look is not achieved by the dealer, owner, etc. Mount location will still be found by measuring from the top of the arch mounting bracket. Measurements are as follows: Fwd 19 ¸". This is the center of your main mount. Next locate your stiffleg mount by measuring from the center of the main mount straight up the Arch 30 ¸". Once again this will be the center of the mount. The aft mount location is found the same as the front, by measuring straight up from the top of the arch mount bracket 18 ¸".
